He later founded independent advisory structures serving entrepreneurial families and private investors, developing a deep expertise in portfolio construction and private market access.

Thang Nguyen
Managing Partner
Thang is an entrepreneur and investor with over 15 years of experience across capital markets and real estate development.
He co-founded Swissroc Group, a nationally recognised Swiss real estate platform delivering large-scale residential, commercial and industrial developments across Switzerland, giving him a rare combination of investment expertise and operational execution.
At Swisseon, Thang leads real estate and real asset strategies, bringing the perspective of an entrepreneur who has built and managed assets at scale.
Alfonso Liparulo
Partner & Chief Operating Officer
Alfonso brings over two decades of experience at the heart of Switzerland's leading private banking institutions. He held senior roles at Pictet and Mirabaud, where he led wealth management operations, international business development and organisational strategy across global markets.
His career spans the full spectrum of private banking, from client platform development to executive committee responsibilities, giving him a rare and comprehensive understanding of how the best institutions operate.

Jade Reymond
Head of Portfolio Management & Operations
Jade brings over 17 years of experience across private banking, investment offices and private equity, advising ultra high net worth individuals and entrepreneurial clients.
She spent more than a decade within leading Swiss private banks before joining a boutique private equity firm, where she developed deep expertise in portfolio structuring, investor relations and specialised investments.
